The document (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") contains information regarding the processing by Kon-TEC Marcin Kontek, Kraczkowa 1647, 37-124 Kraczkowa, NIP: 813 344 06 99, REGON: 364 12 42 72 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") of personal data of individuals using the online store located at www.kon-tec.eu. The Policy is provided to ensure that individuals whose data is processed by the Administrator have the broadest possible information about the scope of data processing, methods and principles of data processing, and the rights of those individuals. The basic legal regulation regarding the protection of personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

Each of the Clients accepts the provisions of the Policy and consents to how the Administrator collects, gathers, stores, uses, processes, and protects personal data. If a Client refuses to provide personal data to the Administrator, there will be no possibility of entering into an agreement with the Administrator, and the Administrator will not be able to ensure that the Client can use the online store.
