The ASPP MC4 Connector Box 6 mm² (series C) is designed for larger cable cross-sections up to 6 mm², ensuring maximum fire safety in PV and RES systems. Using FK-5-1-12 capsules for active protection and a galvanized steel shield for passive safety, it prevents fire risks at MC4 connections.
Made from ABS UL94 V-0 and galvanized steel, the housing meets the highest safety standards. With an operating range from -40°C to +85°C and a service life of up to 20 years, it is suitable for large-scale photovoltaic projects, wind farms, and industrial energy storage facilities.
