I. Weight versus battery power
12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Kon-TEC batteries are half the weight and provide higher power output compared to traditional lead-acid, gel, or AGM batteries.
II. High energy efficiency
Our lithium-ion batteries offer very high efficiency (about 99%) and low internal resistance, allowing for fast charging with minimal energy loss. In comparison, lead-acid batteries lose power much faster during discharge.
III. Full use of capacity potential
Kon-TEC LiFePO4 batteries provide 100% of their nominal capacity regardless of discharge current. In contrast, lead-acid batteries provide significantly less usable energy under higher loads and are often limited to 50% of nominal capacity to avoid reducing their lifespan.
IV. Very high durability
The lifespan of Kon-TEC LiFePO4 batteries is around 3000 cycles (full charge and discharge), 4500 cycles at 80% DoD, and 6000 cycles at 60% DoD, depending on the battery's depth of discharge. In comparison, lead-acid batteries typically last only around 200–300 cycles at the same discharge level. The deeper the battery discharge, the shorter its lifespan.

Although the initial cost of lithium-ion batteries may seem high, the investment provides significant long-term savings. BMS
The battery is protected by a BMS system against misuse. It protects against:
- overcharging,
- excessive discharge,
- reverse polarity,
- overheating, short-circuiting.
This practically prevents damage, significantly extending battery life. The presented battery can be connected in series to achieve higher voltage and in parallel to increase capacity. The maximum continuous operating current is 100A.
LiFePO4 battery can be used in a very wide temperature range from -20 to 55 degrees Celsius. Thanks to the use of heating pads, it can also be charged within the range of -20 to 50 degrees Celsius.
